Jasmine DiLucci, JD, CPA
Jasmine DiLucci is a tax lawyer, Certified Public Accountant, and Enrolled Agent. She started her tax career over ten years ago and has successfully navigated clients through complex tax matters and conflicts involving the IRS and state agencies. It is Jasmine’s unique blend of legal and financial credentials that set her apart from most tax professionals, allowing her to deliver innovative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to a multitude of tax issues.
Jasmine received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics-Accounting and Master’s Degree in Finance, graduating cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
Her legal and financial services include tax controversy work, tax litigation, IRS Collections, payroll debt disputes, penalty abatement, protection from tax liens and levies, and audit representation. Jasmine also serves as the Tax Principal at DiLucci CPA Firm, a Dallas area firm, focusing on tax planning, tax returns, and tax resolution to ensure business owners are in the best position to focus on their operations and grow their businesses.
Prior to founding JD Tax Law, Jasmine served as a professional at Ernst & Young and Baker McKenzie on their tax teams. She has also acted as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of two 501(c)(3) non-profits and focused her time on implementing sustainable accounting processes.
She is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas and California and an Enrolled Agent through the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants, and is an inducted member of The Order of the Coif, an honorary legal society.
In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys traveling and hiking in nature with her German Shepherd.

Lynnsee Starr, JD
Lynnsee Starr partners with businesses and individuals to execute real estate transactions, both big and small, across multiple industry types. Lynnsee also works with clients of all sizes on a wide range of business transactional matters, including entity formation, entity structure, corporate governance, and business employment matters.
In addition to her transactional practice, Lynnsee's innovative thinking and quick responsiveness have led clients to seek her representation in numerous litigation matters, including disputes pertaining to breach of contract, property ownership, foreclosures, and deceptive trade practices. Lynnsee also has an active eviction practice, assisting both landlords and tenants in the eviction process.
Lynnsee received her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she was an active moot court competitor and served on the International Law Review
Association. Before attending law school, she worked in non-profit development for St. Mark's School of Texas.
Prior to becoming a Texan, Lynnsee grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Arizona State University where she received dual bachelor's degrees.
